We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our KL team, to develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy for Inspire Group Asia.

The purpose of this role is to accelerate our growth into Malaysia and the wider region through building our brand, credibility and generating high quality leads and a strong ROI.

This role will include the following tasks:

• Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, events, content, video, podcasts, campaigns referrals, etc.) and lead on its implementation
• Plan, design and manage social media
• Own and maintain site analytics for Malaysia
• Manage our CRM
• Produce and publish content

About you:

• You’ll need a minimum of two years’ experience in corporate marketing
• Experience with SEO/analytics
• Graphic design experience and the ability to create basic layouts using Adobe suite
• Ambition and the desire to create a successful role in a new business region
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude, to help where needed in the marketing space.

As an Intermediate Learning Designer, you’ll be part of a learning design cohort spanning Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and KL, and you’ll be encouraged to keep learning and growing your skills but will already be experienced in:

• Creation of workshop material
• Creation of eLearning
• Intermediate user of Articulate Storyline
• Client consultation
• Learning needs analysis
• Storyboarding
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Learning Designer in a corporate role (not education)

You’ll work on a variety of learning solutions from digital through to workshops, with clients from all industries and you’ll be no stranger to working with clients to design engaging scenarios which you cleverly weave through your clear and concise content.

You’ll work on a variety of learning solutions from workshops, eLearning through to boardgames, the sky is the limit.
You’ll also have a really varied bunch of projects to work on with clients from all number of industries.
This is an intermediate level role and so it’s critical that you are confident running a design session with groups of client stakeholder.
You’ll need to be confident enough in your abilities to guide and advise our clients.
Your skillset must include the ability written content for workshops and be a competent user of Storyline.
You’ll be part of our team in Auckland but will collaborate with other Inspire Group Learning Designers who will be remote so you’ll need to be autonomous.
